I haven't bought a car in several years so I was a little nervous setting foot into a dealership again. I was promptly greeted with smiling faces and was put to ease by the entire staff who came accross as very genuine. After helping me pick out the Accord I wanted they put together fair numbers that aggreed with what I thought I should be paying and getting for my trade. They had a huge selection and the entire process was easy and I actually had fun with the salesman and managers I met. Highly reccomended.

Went to this dealership to get oil changed, but would never go there again. They called me and told me I need a Transmission Fluid change and break fluid change even though the service minder did not say so and also the break fluid is changed every 3 years and my car is not that old.
The told me I had an oil leak in the engine and it would cost over $100 to look at it and then more to fix it.
Took the car to Mel Rapton honda who looked at it for free, and found that that power steering fliud had a leak, took me to the car and showed the leak.
Please stay away, they seem like they just out to make $$ of customers but doing not required servicing.

It took about a month of shopping at different auto dealerships to finally end up at Folsom Lake Honda. Once I did, I was embarassed that I wasted so much time. I immediately noticed that this dealership is different, and in a good way, I was treated with respect and dignity from the moment I arrived by the salesman, and even the owner. They gave me a fair price for my trade because they said they need used cars like mine. At all of the other places I've been to, I felt like they were trying to rip me off with my trade in. Since I had been shopping around for a month, I knew what type of car I wanted and that day I drove away in my brand new silver honda civic that I just love! They made my car buying experience easy. I would recommend Folsom Lake Honda to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car.
