We have come here before and did some shopping a while ago then decided to come back and my wife and i couldn't be happier with the kindness of everyone and how helpful everyone was. We decided on a vehicle and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. Thank you Frank Myers and Thank you Eddie Long.

To those who have had bad experiences, let me preface my comments by saying, ummm....hello, you can have those experiences anywhere. Even your mechanic cannot identify EVERY potential problem on a car.

Okay, just needed to get that out. As far as my experience, Frank Myers get an A+++ from me. I haven't had the car long enough to have really had any problems, but everything's working very well. It drives beautifully. I have horrible credit from being a student overseas for 2 years, and having credit cards and student loans go into default, due to difficulty being hired as a foreigner with a student Visa, and mandated limited hours per week I would be allowed to work.

Frank Myers was the only dealer I talked to, who was willing to talk to me for more than 5 minutes, and to work to give me a chance. As a female, first time buyer, coming to the office by myself, I was so nervous. I've had mechanics try to take advantage of me, why shouldn't a car dealership? Well, not only were they able to get me financed, but they also got me into a much newer car than I requested. I talked with family afterwards about the payments and loan term, and they were impressed.

Will my car have problems? Does not everything man made have some issues, sooner or later? I've had family members and friends get brand new vehicles, that they have had to have serviced shortly after buying. Not to mention "recalls," and that's a factory/manufacturer issue, not a dealer issue.

Additionally, while I was there, a family was discouraged from co-signing for their adult daughter whom, even the family said they knew she would not make the payments as set up if she got a car, and their credit would be on the line. The sales man had to talk them out of taking the risk, and apologized that he did not feel he could assist them in taking that risk. So....a car dealer "running a scam" refused a sale? How many other dealerships would do that when there was a willing co-signer available?

Jonathan was my sales man. Thank you, Jonathan, you put me at ease. Keith was my financial man, and Keith thank you as well. I came with high recommendation from a colleague, who has bought several cars from you for her immediate family and said she's always had a great experience. My experience is up there with her and her family's. Thank you for helping me to get into my first "proper," car that will last me for much longer than a year, as the cheap, old cars I've owned before have. :-) To future consumers, feel free to read the reviews, but give them a chance to at least talk to you.

The sales staff are some of the best!!! But, yes there is a but to the situation. I have purchased four vehicles from Frank Myers Auto Maxx in the last 10 or so years and have never had a problem until now. Also i've never had an opportunity to deal with the shop part being all of the cars up to this point were good reliable cars. I purchased a used chevrolet tahoe on or about 10-26-12, within a week I called my salesman, told him of the problems I was having was told to bring it in being I hadn't even had the vehicle a week! Took it and left it overnight and made sure to tell them what the problem was thinking it would be fixed, I called the next day only to be told they had to order a part and it would be finished the next morning at 8 a.m. I picked my Tahoe up around 3 o'clock the next day. I drove it down the highway and everything seemed to be fine. Boy was I fooled!!! My husband a ASE certified mechanic checked what we had already knew was wrong with the vehicle, instead of fixing the problem they only made it look like they had actually done something to the vehicle. I called the shop to ask exactly what was done, and was told they had only put fluid in my power steering and ordered a gasket for my oil pan. Funny thing is if they ordered it wasn't put on, and the power steering pump needed to be replaced. The intake manifold (which is plastic) is also leaking, now this is something you can see leaking so if they had even looked at the vehicle they would have seen this. On top of all that I thought it was quite funny that someone tried to spray paint the brake rotors on the back and painted the wheel in doing so. I mean if you are going to try and cover up something up at least cover your butt and take the wheel off so I can't see your art work. After all that I ask if I could take it to my mechanic and they reimburse me for the charges only to be told no they can't do that. Well at this point i'm going to eat the cost of the repairs because I don't trust their shop for even changing the oil correctly, so much for their warranty on the powertrain if that's the way they fix things!!

Everyone was awesome to work with. The car I wanted they had to bring in from their distribution network but Ashley told me that over the phone. My sales guy was off the day I decided to but his Team member stepped up and handled everything perfect. They were really great working me and my dad with financing. I appreciate the friendly attitude and the service. They dealt with me straight up, no games.

I appreciate you taking the time to answer me back. To make sure I understand you correctly, if I take the vehicle back and refund your money then you will be happy? is that correct? I would sincerely like to discuss this option with you. When is a good time for us to meet face-to-face at the dealership?

In closing, my apologies that you weren't able to get in touch with me. In the future, my direct office phone number and email address are on the dealership website. In addition, you can reach me through my personal Facebook page or via Twitter at @MyersAuto. I am always available to speak with my customers.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Well Tracy the only thing that will make me happy is for you to take your car back and give me my money back! It has not passed inspection because I don't have an extra $2500 to have it fixed. No we have never spoken of this issue because each time I asked for the owner of your horrible establishment, I was always told by Stephen or Keith, you were not available.

I would not buy from these idiots. I went in May 12th o Saturday.. I asked for a Honda civic hybrid... They said they had it in inventory and would have the car by Monday the 14th of may 2012. I spend 4 hours of my time and they promised 7000 trade in for my car. I spoke with Eddie long and Jon houser... Guess what they gave me so many excuses Monday and Tuesday the 14 and 15th then they don't get back with me... Well they lost at least $18,000. I went to scott Clark Honda in charlotte and they explained to me that for my purposes I should get a Civic with Econ feature. I got a 2k discount and 4k for my car... I ended up with a 16k car after discounts... I will never go to Frank myers auto became they lied to me....

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the bad experience you had at Frank Myers Auto Maxx. My team and I work very hard to assure that our customers have a great experience when visiting our dealership. It is obvious that we failed miserably with you.

Please know that in today’s competitive marketplace, it is even more challenging to work with anonymous opinion. We have also unfortunately found out that some unscrupulous dealers will post negative blogs and never be a real customer in the first place. I do not know which is the case here. Please contact me direct at #336.831.0646 so that we can discuss what happened and work towards a resolution.

Thank You,
