I hope you have an eagle eye and know your cars inside and out when dealing with this dealership. We found a car online that we liked and worked out a good price on the phone. Everything seemed great and when my husband went down to pick up the car he did what he thought was a thorough inspection inside and out and everything looked good.
On the drive home he noticed that the radio wasn't working at all. Most of the stations were in and out and fuzzy. When he got home he tried to look at the antenna and realized that a piece was missing that screws in. When I called the dealership the next day they were so rude and told us it was our own fault for not looking over the vehicle more and that you can not expect all used cars to be perfect. I am not an idiot but a piece of an antenna seems like a pretty cheap thing to "hope" that we overlook. I called and the part is seriously $5.40. Ohhhhh, they slid that one by us!! The attitude they had when I called back was similar to a 6 year old who you could not reason with.
They did not even try to explain "our" so called mistake a little nicer or more professionally. Usually there is always someone at a dealership that cares enough about their reputation to get on the phone and smooth things over but this dealership is lacking such an individual.
I believe that if it seems like a great deal on the car you have to be prepared to deal with less than great business!!!

Dear Barefootmommy2-Could you please tell me who the sales person was that you dealt with for your transaction? That is NOT the way we do business. A new sales manager has taken over the store here and is ALL about customer service and satisfaction. I appologize for your bad experience. I have recently taken over the internet and provide exceptional customer service for all my clients. Please let me know who that was...they may not be here now!
