My Crazy Cheap Cars reviewWent to the dealer, seemed like they just wanted this car off their lot without lowering the cost of the vehicle. I talked to 4 different people about financing and they all just dicked me around, and when I believed I was going to actually purchase the vehicle I showed up and it had a flat tire and was very dirty. My father came with me and noticed that they tried to spray paint the underside of the truck to make it look like it wasn’t a rot box. The battery tray under the hood was rotted through, there was an old brake line still hanging, and these guys were trying to sell this piece of crap without fixing these issues. I drove an hour there and back twice for terrible service and dishonest employees. This business is terribly run.

My Crazy Cheap Cars reviewBe sure to read the fine print! My daughter was told a price for the car, but at closing it was $2000 more! They showed us the fine print on the internet print out that showed that price if you had a trade in or $2000 cash down. While they did change the price for us, they still got their pound of flesh. First they added $399 for a theft system that we didn’t ask for! They claimed that every car on the lot gets this theft protection because it lowers their insurance! I get to pay for it! A theft number is engraved on every piece of the car should it ever be stolen, so it could be traced. Like that’s going to help me, getting back a piece of the car! They charge each sale $75 for gas, because they put gas in all the cars on the lot for test driving. They charged $299 for a AAA like help service, when my daughter already has AAA. They did take that charge off. They charged $600 for 4 new tires, when they quoted us $95 for each tire and claimed they needed $55 for mounting and balancing, though I think originally he told us he would only charge dealer cost. That seems excessive! They wanted $200 for registration, $25 for inspection, and $75 for their service doing DMV, which they are a qualified DMV. Finally, the car stated it came with a remote start, but they claimed to not have it, that it came to them from an auction without it. It was listed as one of it’s features!

Nothing new. They’ve been doing this since I had issues back in February. Nothing but problems with these people. They even wire tapped a phone coversation my g/f had with them, and didn’t tell her until after the convo was over. Find out the owner and google his name, they’d already have one car dealership shut down years ago from what I read online.

My Crazy Cheap Cars reviewAll prices are final on the internet, I was told. But then I look two weeks later and the price came down. I was told I must of had the wrong two cars. I came home and looked it up again and matched up vin # it was same cars but lower price.
So the pricing does come down in time.
Financing was a disaster, Wouldn’t let me use my credit union TVCU in Batavia.
Which would have been lower, but I thought oh well I will refinance with TWCU later. I was given interest % on the phone and then it was higher as we sat down to sign.
(Oh well I’m refinancing…take deep breath.)
Then on the bill of sale there was two charges that came to over $600.00 dollars that I didn’t want or ask for. But they were already added on to the bill of sale. They quickly removed them after I asked them to do so. I wondered how many people just sign and not realize what they just paid for.
I was billed for gas service fee of $75.00 they said that can not be removed; and the gas tank was not full.
Then the Insurance wasn’t done or started when I went to leave. So I was given the phone and was told to talk to your insurance co. and have them faxes the paper work to them.
Crazy Cheap….until you sit down and try to get to the bottom line.
yeah about the gas..what are they charging per gallon…12 gallons isnt 75 bucks unless its like 6 somthing a gallon..and i asked about that..your paying for other peoples test drives…thats what greg told me..

My Crazy Cheap Cars reviewThe salesman, Robert, was very nice and polite. Greg however, not so much. He was almost downright rude. We were promised a full tank of gas and after waiting almost an hour to pick up the car found 1/2 tank of gas (but still had to pay the $75 gas fee). Greg said we were only getting 12 gals period. Were also promised (by Greg) that his “man” would rub out the scratches on the hood. Vehicle was not only fairly dirty outside (even had bug guts on the front), but the scratches were never touched. When we asked, Greg told us his “man” didn’t want to rub them out because he didn’t want to cause more damage. Greg said “you told me you had a guy yourself that could rub it out”. We did say that, and also said it would cost us about $300 to get it done, but were told the price of the vehicle was as listed, like it or not. What really pissed us off is that Greg told us we “stole” the vehicle as it is. Don’t know how he figures that when we had to pay exactly the listed price and did not get what was promised to us. It’s a decent car and the price was not bad, but if you’re going to sell cars you should make good on the promises you make!!!!!
