While Zillow already has a number of slick mobile applications in place for home shoppers, today its Zillow Mortgage Marketplace becomes IPhone-enabled. Consumers can now get personalized quotes on home loan and use calculators to determine what their payments would be. They can also used the tools to determine if a refinance on their current home is a smart move.
