Although they performed the required service they would not honor a coupon that I presented 1 hour after the service was paid for and complete. I admit I submitted it late. However, even retail establishments will allow price adjustments. Wilsonville Honda said it would cause a bookkeeping nightmare.
I hope the $50.00 they have saved is worth it to them. Our family owns 2 Honda vehiciles that we will no longer be taking to their shop for service. So, their promotional flier has caused them to lose a customer vs. gaining one... all because of a potential bookkeeping nightmare. Wow.
