They performed a trans service that required the pan to be dropped. *Said that it shifted much better now. *Well after 900 miles of shifting problems that were at least 5 times worse than when I brought the vehicle to them I found out that they forgot to put fluid back into the trans. *So they put 4.5 quarts of fluid back in and told me it's fine and that no damage occurred. *They did*absolutely*no diagnostic work to find out if the trans was damaged. *They did not even put it into gear in the parking lot. *Did not even drive it into there shop. *They refilled the trans in the parking lot. *They have refused to check the trans and said that if it fails under warrantee they will fix it. *That great because the warrantee runs out in 62 miles. *So in the next hour of driving if the trans completely fails I am covered. *Owner of shop told me to never call him again. *Nice. *So if you are looking for morals, competency or*professionalism*look elsewhere. *Hung out to dry. *Looking for help from Chrysler.
