The problem was something I'd been living with for a year while several other dealerships tried and failed to identify it or fix it. The Technician at Doug's listened to my problem and then went off to research the issue. He came back 15 minutes later with a diagnosis and repair approach. The entire problem was fixed within the hour. The polite and professional service made the visit a very good one. The facilities and the waiting area were very comfortable as was the family-type treatment I received.

This was my first purchase of a Cadillac. The last 3 cars have all been German cars. I was reluctant to purchase an American car. I was concerned about the quality of the product and the level of service. The new CTS is on par with my BMW's but with more style. The level of service was better than my prior dealership experiences, which were good. Jeff and the staff were extremely polite and professional. They took over the dealership about a year ago and are one of the newer Cadillac dealers in the area. They are more willing to negotiate and willing to accomodate my hectic schedule, bringing the car to my house for a test drive. I would highly recomend this dealership.
