the owner and salesman did not coorinate their stories. one said i was up for repo and the other said I was fine. well, needless to say I got my car repoed at 230 in the morning and the owner called in my loan so i was not able to get my car back and had to go else where. the owner mardk davis is rude and inconsiderate. if you refer a customer to them, if you are late he will discuss your account in depth with them. he will ask them things that he has no business asking. to me that is bad business. I will never go there again. i will not recommend this place to my dog!!! they suck royally!
A saying comes to mind when I think about this dealership….”If you want lemonade then you can get the lemons from here”! I purchased a car from these “people” and was told that they just got the car in and had not had time to look through it, if I bought it and drove it for a week then they would repair whatever problem they missed as well as the current issues that they had already promised to fix. After a week of driving the car my check engine light came on they said they would repair the problem along with the other items that needed to be replaced. On the way to dealership I almost got hit on the freeway and found out when I went to honk the horn that, that wouldn’t even work. They again said they would fix it. After having my vehicle for approximately 3 and a half weeks, in which time they gave me a loaner car that had no working radio, the alignment was off horribly and that broke down on me twice on my way to work. They refused me another loaner car and called me a week later to tell me that my car was fixed and ready for me to pick. I went to retrieve my car and found that they had replaced nothing except for the cracked windshield that they replaced with one that had a chip in the middle of it. When confronted with the lack of items that weren’t fixed they proceeded to tell me “We didn’t even have to fix anything because you bought the car as is” I stated that they didn’t even fix my horn! That they sold me a vehicle without a working horn and that was illegal! They proceeded to tell me that they did fix my horn and then showed me what they had done…..to my dismay they had drilled holes in my dash and installed a large black button that made a “honking” noise! I proceeded to tell them that it was unacceptable what they had done and they needed to turn back and fix my car! They then threatened to call the police if I continued to make a scene and that they were not responsible for anything! I then took the car home feeling completely betrayed, belittled, humiliated, ashamed and astonished that this had actually happened to me. I felt completely ignorant and that I had nowhere to turn. A few weeks later my car was in and out of the shop as well as one day my car broke down right as I got off work. I had ended up paying over 3000 dollars in mechanical work. I now have the car in the shop because it broke down on me again! The repairs now are costing just under 4000 dollars and that’s just to get my car running again! So basically I am still paying a monthly payment on a vehicle that is being held at a mechanics until I have the money to fix it. If you want reliable transportation and an honest dealer, then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! They don’t care about who they rip off and refuse to meet me halfway in order to get it fixed. The owner and the people that work for him are crooks and care for no one but themselves!!!!!!!!! Please pass the word and NEVER under any circumstances purchase anything from this dealership
My car broke down, they took my car to their store. They fixed it but they don't care about handling your car properly. After they towed my car they created a pretty big dent on the right front door. When I go back to get my car I saw a big paint scratch on the front left side of my car. If they're busy they don't care about your time, I was promised to have my car serviced right after i bought it, it took me 3 weeks before they were able to do it, I was there every weekend as scheduled but everytime I go there, they're busy and I was just told to go back again next week. They are nice people but their service is too bad.
