Good or Bad.
We were very dissapointed with the price and all the add ons we were told we needed. We ended up with a payment of 610.00 which we can hardly afford. We were told we could come back in a year and refinance and get cheaper payments, etc. And when we went back, we were actually told we could do this or trade our car. We drove almost 2 hours and we looked for another vehicle with less payments. When we started to do the paper work............ we thought we were trading and check out what the dealer told us....He said for us to let our 2007 XL-7 go back (against our credit) and get a new one with them. I was devasted!!! After we drove that far and then to get told something entirely different. It's been almost 2 years and the payments are really getting to us now so I try to contact them again and every number I call is disconneted....so are they shut down now or what??? Bad Business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We drove an hour to this dealership after responding to a letter claiming they have special financing for people with less than perfect credit. On the phone we were told that this would be a streamline process, they would review our credit and let us know what we would qualify for. So we got an appointment.
We were greeted, rushed to a table where we thought that we were talking to a bank person, rushed to a salesman and shown new vehicles and test drove 2 of them. Then the crap started! They gave us different ridiculous payment/down payment options. They played the usual car salesman game and we nearly walked out. This is not what we were led to believe would be the process. The finance manager finally came over and he was straight forward as we were with what we had down and what payment was acceptable. Soon the papers were drawn up and we finished the deal.
A week later the salesman called us and told us that we would have to switch vehicles. There was no CLEAR reason and he was rude and hard to understand on the phone. When I told him that was not acceptable he put me on terminal hold! Three days later he called my husband and said the same thing. Something about the financing and needing to go into a USED vehicle now. We have a contract that this scamming stealership wants to break.
We may need an attorney! We do not reccommend these guys to anyone! The whole thing was a scam! We plan on keeping the vehicle that we purchased and making all our payments. I just hope they get our licence plate to us! I don't trust them at all! They have also held back the extra key and remote.
RUN THE OTHER WAY FROM THESE GUYS

All the employees spoke when they passed us, and asked if we needed anything. They were able to get a real good interest rate for us so we could get a low payment. While we were going through the process everthing was explained so we did not have to wonder what was going on. We have bought a lot of cars over the past 40 years and I now know that I will be purchasing all of my cars from this dealer. If you want to be treated right and get the best deal I would suggest you try them before going anywhere else.
