During my first and only visit to the Service Department I was met by Service Advisor Glenn McDonald, who was arrogant, insulting and not helpful. I left message for owner Mike Shetler to call me to discuss McDonald, with Mary, his secretary, who assured me that Mr. Shetler would call as soon as he "came down." This was on the 17th of November. Today is the 26th of November, 9 days later and I have not heard from Mr. Shetler. During the past ten years, I have tried to do business with Don Shetler Ford and they were never able to get right on the price. This time, the were right on the price, but Service Advisor Glenn McDonald's arrogance, coupled with Mike Shetler's apparent lack of concern for a new customer, in my case, will prevent me from making another purchase with Don Shetler Ford in Sulphur. I will express my displeasure to anyone who asks me about my newly purchased F 150. In all fairness, Sales Mgr Preston Gray tried to be helpful, but has McDonald bluntly told me, "Gray has nothing to do with his service department."
