Sales manager James Jucksch was the worst customer service person I've ever dealt with. I will tell everyone I know not to go to Sierra Toyota. Made us wait for hours and hours when we were paying cash for a new vehicle. He was extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Never offered us anything to drink or eat while we waited. Didn't even offer us water on a very hot day.
