went to don miller west on odana rd. madison wi for oil change and asked them to check out noise in front.
he said OK a while later he called to say i needed struts and sway bar repair $1300.00 i'm in a wheel chair and 70 years old and said i would have to put it off as i was short of funds. my wife picked the car up and the bill was $83.00
a charge of $50.00 for finding the problems. they did not imply tuat there would be a look see fee when it was brought in.? i can understand a computer problem but it don't take much know how to see that swaybar.and struts are bad .
ASK WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR EVALUATION FIRST BEFORE YOU HAND THEM YOUR KEYS!!! OR STAY AWAY
