I placed a $500 deposit down to hold a car until Monday the car was sold out from underneath me. The dealership was rude and there was no remorse whatsoever. The car was used and incredibly rare find. My phone calls were dodged. The general sales manager approved the sale knowing there was a deposit placed on the car. However, he believed that the payment had not been processed so he did not owe us a duty to hold the car. The payment had been processed and he was under an obligation to hold the car.
