My Performance Toyota review

I was in a very stressfull situation.My daughter is a single mother with 5 children.her car was old and they were stuck in memphis with no money no way for her to get to work and no credit.I was trying to let her take my car dependable and get me another. The finance manager heard me on the cell with her so they took advantage of the situation.i was there all day into the night. i got a 2011 cambry with around 43000 miles at a decent rate i had the other in my name also.the next morn he called me and told me he could get me a 9.20@ with toyoto financial if i would let them put a lojack which of course was more money.i was told one owner car and given the car fax i looked at the papers when i got home and found out it was from enterprise rental which he didnt tell me..in the light i also noticed that the middle tray was burnt and scratches across the glass and middle tray. i told him the next day i wanted to finance it for 5 years instead told me would make no difference he lied to me..a day later that monday i called and told them i wanted to exchange for another for the same year they told me i would still have to pay the finance fees even though i had just had it for 2 days..i was taken advantage of because of the situation. My honda that i bought when it was only a year old for 6 yrs payments was 366 month so why was this one a year old also payments were for 425 for years..i tried to trade and found out i am 10000.00 in the hole i will never deal with this car place again and i will contact the bbb 901 494 8163 cathy

My Performance Toyota review

I recently bought a car from Performance Toyota and was appalled by the experience. The sales staff lied about the Bluetooth capabilities of the 2012 Avalon in order to sell the car to me, with the full knowledge that Bluetooth was an essential feature that I needed to have in the car. When I tried to get the Performance Toyota staff to help me solve the Bluetooth problem, they were ignorant about how the system worked and about basic information such as which phones the system would connect to. Instead of working with me to find a solution to this problem, the staff at Performance Toyota wasted hours of my time and lied again about calling me back the next day to fix the problem. To date, no one from Performance Toyota has called me about fixing this problem- and it has been 3 weeks since they promised to call! The staff members at Performance Toyota have clearly demonstrated that they are willing to do anything (even lie) to make sales, but once the sale is made, staff members don’t care at all about the customer. If you buy a Toyota please buy from anywhere but (Under)Performance Toyota!
