What started off as a straight-forward new car sale at Saturn of South Dade has turned into a real headache for me, the customer. I was attended to well, as is to be expected, when making the decision to purchase the vehicle, a 2008 Vue. After the transaction, however, it was as if they didn't know me. I'm sitting here 6 months after the purchase and the dealership still hasn't processed my registration or tag form in spite of my reminding them constantly about it. I am fed up. I would never consider so much as entering their building again, much less purchasing from their dealership or recommending anyone I know do so. So, if it's the slick sales routine with no follow-through whatsover that you're looking for you know where to go.
