My wife and I went to Domingo Vera Chevrolet on 3-22-06 to have service work done on our 05 Tahoe. From the get go it was a total showing of disrespect. One of the service writers told us that the man @ the service would be with us. The young man told the man we were waiting for him when he got off the phone. After 15 minutes he got off the phone. In the mean time I ask the young man if someone could help us. My wife had sergury 2 days before and all we wanted was to get her truck scaned for a speed sencor problem. He again said the would be with us. He again went & told him we were waiting. The phone ramg & man #2 answered instead of waiting on us. Service man #1 told me to get with him before he got back on the phone. The whole time the other service men were taking customers. My truck was inside the service drive. Realizing my anger the #1 service man told #2 service man I had been waiting, #2 said there not going any where we have them blocked in. Being disrespected I got in my truck and left the dealership. I have been buying new chevrolet, one each year for a long time. I was in the car business myself for many years. I make sure to tell everyone one of my experience with Domingo Vara Chevrolet. Hoping No other person be treated by the blation disrespect we were shown.
