THIS IS the worst place to buy a car. If your female dont even bother. I took my car there to get my transmission service for a defect ( that wasnt fixed either) after get my car brand new back in February and the technician damages my car's bumper right in front of me. When I asked to fix it or replace technicians opted to tell ME how much it cost. THIS PISSED ME OFF. dont mess my car up and then think im going to pay for it. Well i escalated to the Customer Relations. to the Store Manager then to the Vice President and they ALL NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. Well Im looking for a attorney now to sue, because if its the last thing I do they will pay for my car,and my stress.
