The short of it is this. It took me awhile to get into an appointment, no sense of urgency with service guys - I get in when I get in. They did not care about your time, or that you are riding in a vehicle that could potentially put you and your family at risk, they just waited until you came back. I should have known then. I finally got in, the looked into the problem, suggested a potential fix - valuing at $1000! They claim this is what the problem was, but in hindsight failed to mention a problem that really if left undone could ptu me out of a car. Consequently, during the process of my car being looked at it starts having other problems. It was problem after problem, the service guys didn't seem to care. I finally took my car to a trusted car service place (non dealership) tohave them fix the issue at hand. I'm very dissapointed in the lack of response with the dealership, theydon't care about their customers, and only care about their pockets. I would suggest that anyone nthat wants to get their car serviced through Dodge Country in Appleton, WI off of College Ave = go somewhere else.
