After putting a $500 deposit on a out of stock vehical at Carlson Toyota, I later found the same car at a different Toyota dealership. I signed no contract with Carlson Toyota but when I decide not to buy a car from them, they refuse to refund my deposit. It took two months and the help of The MN Attorney General before they I got my money back. I will not deal with Carlson Toyota again. (Sounds like a Denny Hecker Deal)
After putting a $500 deposit on a currently out of stock vehicle at Carlson Toyota, I later found the same car at a different Toyota dealership. I signed no contract with Carlson Toyota but when I decide not to buy from them, they refuse to refund my $500 deposit. Even after filing a complaint with Toyota Consumer Relations and calling directly to the dealership, they refuse to explain why they were refusing (stealing) my refund. When I finally made contact with someone in finance they treated me with no respect by calling me names and saying I had to take them to court to get my $500 deposit back. It took two months and the help of The MN Attorney General before they I got my money back. (Sounds like a Denny Hecker Dealership)
