They were really crappy to our son. He called Monday morning and asked them to hold the 2009 black mazda6 for him, said he would be in after work and wanted to try and negotiate a deal on the car they said they would hold it for him. When he arrived the new salesman was walking all over the place looking for the car and could not find it. He said, I know I asked them to hold it for you. Then he went and asked and came back and said that they sold it! That wasn't bad enough but my son went to woodhouse mazda tonight in Omaha and there it was the same car that was on your lot just hours earlier. Instead of telling him that you sold it, why didn't you just tell him where you sent it and stop wasting his time? Oh yea, you wanted to try and stick him with something that he didn't want!! Sorry to tell you that he bought the car tonight from woodhouse and they told him that it came from your store! We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Steffy's across the street and after the crappy service he received from you we wouldn't even think about looking your way ever again! Thanks for nothing!!
