These guys are crooks. The $19.99 deal is a ploy to get you in the door to spend more money.

I suspected that but then it came true.

First I was called and told I needed multiple repairs. Funny because all the other times I've taken the car for oil changes at different places, none of these things were mentioned.

I told them no on the repairs and then they replaced some lights in the car without asking me and charged me an extra $10 for them.

What a RIP off! Dealerships are crooks and dishonest people.

Never go to Daril Waltrip Volvo!
