		<description>The salesman was nice, but the negotiations were insane. We went memorial day &amp; they started ringing the horns &amp; bells, then had us spin a wheel-of-fortune discount wheel. Well, they &quot; gave us &quot; $2,000 only to add $3,000 onto the cars sticker price. They call this Dealer posted price. The sales manager sat there with a straight face and lied to us. We&#039;ve purchased quite a few vehicles before and have never been treated as bad as they treated us. These people shouldn&#039;t be selling anything. They try some of the standard tricks like the fake discounts, keeping your trade-in keys, ridiculous offers..etc.. Save yourself some time &amp; certainly the aggrevation by going elsewhere. They recieve a 1 only because I can&#039;t give them the Zero they deserve.</description>

		<description>Will never set foot in Sansone&#039;s again.  We did our homework on a new Sienna.  After driving it we got down to business.  2 people sat across for us, 2 stood behind us, and 2 next to us.  We stated a fair price and they got all upset saying we were stealing from them.  We definiately felt like they were trying to intiminate us.  They weren&#039;t including a factory discount that we were eligible for.  They were trying to keep it.  We went to Crystal Auto Mall and got the same van for $80 less and they were extremely easy to work with and mentioned the discout up front.  We just got our second car from them.  Sansone continues to call and email when I&#039;ve requested numbers time to stop. I just called again to get them to stop calling me and they discontected me when I called them they left me on hold for 5.5 mins only to tell me they couldn&#039;t find the person.</description>

After we completed the deal and paperwork, we realized that we are paying almost 30k for the car. When we asked Jason to explain, Jason turned around and said the 23k is the total amount financed including our $6500 down payment. This brings the total price of the car to $29500! This is more than the MSRP of the car! It makes no sense at all and he insisted that we were negotiating on the total FINANCE price including the down payment. We didn&#039;t EVEN tell him how much we were putting down until after the negotiation! Who in their right mind would negotiate with the total FINANCE price! 		<description>The dealership is horrible. If you make an offer you think is good and they think its bad, they will make fun of you right on the spot. They will insult you and treat you with disrespect. Not only the salesperson but also the manager also treats you with disrespect. When I went, the offer I said they said they&#039;ll accept it but then the manager came and completely changed his price and declined our offer. These people don&#039;t know what they&#039;re talking about. If you are deciding to visit its a complete waste of time, they don&#039;t value your time, they keep you waiting, and they discriminate. I would recommend that you shouldn&#039;t go there unless you are ready to be lied to, belittled, and most importantly be insulted and discriminated by them. The rest is up to you.</description>
