I decided to buy a used Chevrolet from Dick Masheter a couple of years ago because I had bought a Ford there a few years prior and had a pretty good experience. Big mistake. Everytime I've brought this car in for service, it's been a nightmare. Their main shop works on Fords only, if you have a non-Ford product you have to go to the "Quick Lane" to have your car worked on, and those guys don't have a clue. I think the guys making $8/hr. at the Wal-Mart Tire and Lube center are more mechanically inclined. In most cases, the problem either wasn't fixed or it was more screwed up than when I brought it in. If your going to buy something from here (which I wouldn't recommend), make sure it's a Ford product.
Met with John Lee to purchase new Ranger. Told him what we could afford, and what we wanted in
a truck. He searched other dealers out of state
until he found us one. Sent driver to pick it up. Everything worked to our pleasure. Love the
truck. Outstanding people at dealership. Highly recommend. Good folks.
