    My Sam Leman Automotive Group review

    TV and radio ads lure people in with promises of savings that go unkept. The huge savings were always only for a different make, model, type than what I was looking at. Twice, when I asked to be shown a vehicle that the advertised savings applied to, the salesman walked away for several minutes and then returned with the subject changed. Sales staff were overheard referring to customers as “suckers” and otherwise displaying a poor attitude about their customers and each other in general.

    My Sam Leman Automotive Group review

    Terrible Management. It was a very bad experience, they were advertising for car fax and never gave one, telling me that they gave it to me, and I still have all papers in the same enveloppe, owner told them not to hand it to me. 11 times my used car was in service. I took it back to them 3 times and still they only solve the tires problem. They owe me a hitch cover-lid and another piece on rear bumper.
