I was contacted by salesperson Jim Sanders when he offered to buy my car, which was advertised online for sale. He then had the dealership owner/general manager, Tom Dempsey, call me and offer 14,000, if my car was in the condition that my ad represented. Sanders gave me a verbal guarantee that they would "honor the 14,000 that Tom offered". When I arrived, they kept me waiting for an hour and a half. Sanders and another manager drove the car and found it to be as represented. Then, after stalling for another 20 minutes, Sanders began to offer between 11,000 and 12,000. He consistently lied to me. The owner lied to me. These people would not recognize the truth, lying is so habitual, it seems. I wouldn't let anybody I know transact with these bums. I guess when the owner is dishonest, every employee follows in his footsteps. Beware this den of theives!!!

Went in on January 31st, 2009 to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle was being shipped in from Michigan, I had to put down $500 for the shipment, and was told delivery would be on Monday. My fiance and I took off work, only to be called at 2 pm on Monday and told that the vehicle wouldn't be their till Wednesday because they never got the checks ready for the other dealership. I canceled my purchase then. I had my credit card company dispute the $500 deposit for the shipping and still have yet to receive that money back. When I called them on March 13 for a copy of the contract I signed, they said they would fax it right over. When I called back today to see where the fax was, I was told they weren't going to fax it and was hung up on TWICE, by Mike the Manager of Sales, the Finance Manager, whatever corporate name he is going by now. Needless to say, lawyers are now being involved, and all over $500. It has now come to the principal of the matter. To be hung up on when trying to receive a document that they have to legally provide you is just ridiculous! They are the epitomy of horrible customer service!
