My Jannell Motors reviewWe asked the price of four vehicles. Jack pulled out his price sheet and quoted us the four vehicles. Decided to investigate an Arcadia and took it for a test drive. After spending an hour with the Jack Bresnahan I asked for a copy of the CarFax. At that point the CarFax showed that Jack was mis-representing the car location. He said the car was a local older couple. The CarFax showed the car was registered and serviced in Florida, not Massachusetts as Jack stated. Then Jack dropped a piece of paper with a price that was over $5,900 more that his original and the price he quoted us several times. No appologies just, I read the paper wrong because of the fold. No sorry about that, just no that is the price. Then Jason Lehner the “sales manager” piped in and asked to see our trade. We said, hold on what happened with the price. Again no appologies just, oh yeah so that’s the price (now). Then we tried to speak with the general manager, Bill Rodrick, who is clearly the poor customer service guru that his staff learns from. :devil( Supposedly Bill was not in, according to Jack and Jason but, as we walked out of the dealership my wife called and supprisingly wow – he was there, just sitting behind a door right next to where we were sitting. Amazing little slime ball just wanted to hide in his office and not even try to appologize or say “sorry we made a mistake.” Instead Bill and Jason continued to be rude, un appologetic and event ried to get pushing with my wife.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM JANNELL FORD IN HANOVER MASS. The management and sales staff are all dishonest, rude, and do not care about customer service. AVOID JANNELL FORD – THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO REPRESENT FORD!

I had a similar experience….but not as bad I guess anyway
I would not buy there either. Buy a Toyota.
