IF YOU WANT A SNEAKY SALES PERSON AND GAMES GALORE SHOP HERE!!!! I found their website while I was looking for a honda fit. After getting there I was told that the fit was not possible for me to do which was fine. Then they tried to get me into an 09 galant also fine. After 2 hours they told me they could also not finance that. At this point I walked out. The sales person chased me down and got me into a used Envoy. My husband and I were looking at the suv and it was spotless. They tried to lead me to believe it came in that way. In anycase we left that night and they told us everything was fine and dandy. The next I called them (because they didn't call me like they said they would) and the sales person told me to "give" my trade in back to the bank. OK so they want me to let my car get repo'ed so it will be easier to finance from them. I told him I wasnt interested and hung up. The manager calls back and tells me everythings great I'm getting top dollar on my trade and a rockin' apr. So I drive 45 minutes to Anaheim thinking I'm driving away in a new suv, not true. They pulled me down there again under guise to try and get me to get a co-signer after I repetedly told them no. After 2 hours I leave again in my car and they ask me to give them to Monday. So it's Monday I've called them because they again did not call me and 20 minutes for a return call has turned into 2 hours. It never ends with these people. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This is the worst car delearship ever. I would not recomend anyone to go here they will rip you off. These people are the worst crooks ever they steal, lie and cheat on everything not to mention forge your name on documents and loans. This busisness should be shut down by the better business beraue and there sales people and the GM should be prosecuted for frorgery. DO NOT GO HERE you will get ripped off.

I've purchased several cars in the past and have never had a bad experience until I stepped foot into Anaheim Mitsubishi. The sales guy came off really nice and everything went well up until it was time to sign the paperwork. I had negotiated an OTD price that we were both happy with then they tried to make us sign a contract that was over $5,000 more than we had negotiated! It was ridiculous! T.J, the sales guy, had completely lied about the warranty on the vehicle as well. He said the car had full warranty, but the Buyers Guide Sticker they stuck in front of us stated that it had a limited warranty and a bunch of other mumbo-jumbo! Then they had added an extended warranty to the total price without even asking us! Stay away!!!!! Never ever do business here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was reading your review of TJ at Anaheim Mitsubishi.I went there to purchase a used car and I told them I would pay cash and he asked for some info to help "fill out some forms". They used that to pull an unauthorized credit report which is against the law.I'm suing them in small claims court. Would you be interested in providing a written statement describing your experience that I could use to demonstrate the character of TJ?Thanks!
