My Car Outlet reviewI just bought a 2009 Toyota Camry from the location on western ave. They were very helpful with my situation…my credit is’nt that good and they still found a way to approve me. I was approved across the street at another dealer but only for a 2003 camry here I got a 2009 and my payments were almost about the same. The only issue I had was driving around looking for a newer one…it took a while but overall I was very happy with the service and the quality of my car. Also I got a one year warranty which is rare for a used car. I would def.recommend them.

Yo lo ise y fue lo peor la primera vez compre una van Honda Oddysey 2005 160 mil millas!!! interes del 21 % final pago 22 mil dolares espere un tiempo y la fui a cambiar algo paresido honda oddysey 2006 touring version 100 mil millas muy bonita no lo puedo negar pero al siguiente dia me doy cuenta que el cambio de aceite no estaba echo llantas lisas regrese al siguiente dia para notificarlo y no hicieron nada tansolo dijieron que esperabas por un veiculo usado yo tuve que aser cambio de aceite y filtro de aire precio $95 segui regeresando por las llantas hasta que finalmente los canse les dije que me regeresaran las llanats de mi comioneta original y despues de 2 semanas lo isieron pero no tenia el censor TPMS les pregunte si lo podian instalar firmemente dijeron NO!! lo tuve que aser yo precio $275
una semana despues me que tirado yep bateria pero como no tenia los codigos de programacion tuve que pagar $250 por el cambio !!!! tansolo llevo 2 meses con la van y todo esto a pasado, tuve que aser un viaje repentino en el cual me dejo sin dinero trate de regresales la comioneta y despotamente me dijieron que no eran estupidos que no la podian aseptar y que me van a descontar del checke de mi trabajo detodas maneras yo les deje la camonieta en el dealer mi esposa esta apunto de alibiarse tengo a mis otros 2 hijos afortunadamente leei los comentarios y llame alin creo que ella me puede ayudar
me gustaria saver si alguien que alla demandado o regresado el carro a pasado algo. Lo peor de todo es que nisiquiera reportan al buroe de credito perdida total con el dawn pay @$2620 mas 2 pagos que ise de $580 GRANTOTAL $3780 ESO ACAVO DE REGALAR A CAR OUTLET y cuando hablas con ellos te disen nadie te obligo a comprar nadie te dijo que lo isieras .

My Car Outlet reviewMe and my husband bought a car on january the 9 of 2013. We mainly bought it because of his job and because we have a baby on the way and the car will make the doctor appointments much easier to get to, But about 2 weeks after we bough the car it started having problems. We bought a chrysler sebring 2007. The car will start shaking and will have the check engine light on, Also the car started over Heating to fast even though we had already put antifreezer. The car has been sitting in our back yard without moving because it is not even drivable any more. We had to call their own mecanic because the car had a warranty but we still have to pay money out of our pocket. This to me seems so un fair to be paying for something that we are not even using. One more thing when we open the hood to look at the engine, there was tape. My guess is that they try using tape to put some parts together from the car in the engine. I was really upset to see that we got ripped off and that now they won’t take the car back but they do call our phones about 20 times a day to remaind us about our upcoming payment. My husband is going to start a lawuit against the company because they sold us a car that was already messed up and had high millage for the price we are paying. CAROUTLET IS A BAD PLACE TO SHOP FOR CARS. PLEASE PEOPLE GET MORE INFORM BEFORE YOU SHOP IN THIS BAD PLACE.THIS PLACE DON’T EVEN DESERVE A STAR

Primero que nada quiero que sepan que estoy muy agobiada con esta situación. Yo compre un carro en Car Outlet Joliet y me arrepiento tanto que no puedo dormir. El primer día que lo compre luego, luego se prendió la luz de check engine. Cuando llegue a mi casa le comente a mi hermano del carro que avía comprado y le dije que tiene 115693 millas. Mi hermano que si sabe sobre millas y carros se preocupo y me digo que me avían robado que lo tenia que regresar de inmediato. Bueno aparte de que el carro costo casi 15 mil mas aparte el financiamiento que fue un total de 26,134.50 dólares. El carro esta muy mal le fallan los frenos y se escucha muy raro cuando lo manejo que hasta miedo me da manejarlo. Bueno a toda la gente que le he comentado sobre el carro nuevo me dicen que me robaron que debería regresarlo. Ya trate y me dicen que si lo regreso me voy a quedar con la misma deuda y que me van a sacar el dinero de mi cheque del trabajo. El cual no se me hace justo por que el carro esa muy mal y me vendieron un carro súper caro que no vale ni siquiera 10 mil dólares. Fui al diler y me dijeron que podía cambiarlo por otro carro que estuviera mas barato y sin menos millas y la verdad el carro que me querían dar esta súper feo con casi las mimas millas y casi el mismo precio. No se me hace justo que yo les pague algo que no bale la pena. Se aprovecharon de mi por que soy mujer y no se sobre carros. Así que hay que juntarnos todos y demandar a ese diler de carros que se aprovechan de los hispanos que tienen necesidad y que a veces es muy difícil por que no tenemos una licencia de conducir del estado de Illinois. Te convencen de comprar el carro. Sus carros no valen tanto dinero y el financiamiento es de lo peor. Altos intereses Segun que vas a pagar cierto pagos y te salen con otra jalada. No se lo recomiendo este dealership tan mas chafa.
No compren su carro aqui que te van a dejar en la ruina. Y segun esto no puedes comprar cualquier seguro de carro sino los que ellos recomienda. Asi que abusados.. Me encantaria demandarlos o minimo regresar ese carro y que me regresen mis 1000 dol… Ayuda por favor!!!

Im really mad and disappointed at this company, they sold me a lemon i had have so many problems that is ridiculous, my second day with the car it shut off on me the second week i had to take to fix because it was accelerating by itself the 2 second month it had some wire problems and my lights were going off on me. Please people listen to this review don”t let them fool u with their promises and sweet talk because their gonna do anything to make u purchase a car. And please do not purchase their GAP INSURANCE it don’t cover anything but their LOAN. Today i went to check how much would it be to pay off my car before the year that way my interest will go down and it was crazy, practically everything y pay they say it was interest from 339.56 a month for my payment was 146.00 the rest interest thats what they say but Im going to fight this in court. My sister has the same problem… oh and i gave them a star cause it says it has to b at least one star but reality it will be no stars from me.

Collections are extremetely rude, they take advantage of hispanic people and people with fake social number. If you fall behind for 1 week or 2 weeks they will garnish your wages or reposses your car !!! Los carros son una porqueria y estan carisimos. Nunca te leen las cosas malas del contrato. Si te paras ahy con 1000 en tu bolsillo olvidalo ya no sales vivo de ahy. Te presionan hasta que te convencen. Mi carro se descompuso del mofle al otro dia y me cobraron $150 me lo entregaron 3 semanas despues y me vendieron una aseguransa que segun no iba yo a pagar por daños y si tuve que pagar quise regresarlo y me dijeron que me iban a quitar de mi cheque. Les llaman a tooodas tus referencias. Llaman al trabajo. They wanna you to have it plus carry a high end insurance with another major company. Doesn’t make sense you have sixty days to cancel that crap, look on your paper work. They charge you 500.00 a month for three to four years with a 22.9 interest so if your car is around 11,000 your interest would be around 7,000 in just interest.. Not worth what they are selling.. and i was forced to purchase the gap insurance even thoe i have full coverage on this vehicle. Were you able to cancel the gap insurance without purchasing Primary insurance like allstate.
