It is going to cost me $320.00 to get master keys made for my vehicle. I understand that I bought this used vehicle “as is” but I don’t appreciate that they literally threw the valet key at me and told me that was the only key they had. They knew full well that what they were doing was completely wrong. I will never step on another Ron Tonkin dealership lot for the rest of my life!!! I would not even give them a one star rating!! I like my car but don’t like the service we got, we should have walked away from this car!!!!!! Ron Tonkin Dodge sold me a used vehicle with only a valet key. He was honest and we felt very comfortable with him. He answered all my questions and whwn he didn't know an answer he said so then found the answer. I have refferred him a couple of time already and willk continue to do so. It's great to work deal with someone of Ken's professionalism when buying a new truck. Thanks Ken!
