They are desonest. They lie.
They sold me a car that needed $1.800,00 worth of repairs and did not pay for it.
even that they promissed 90 days warranty. I am going to take them to court.
I was interested in a 2007 Mercedes E350 and inquired about its availability. The sales person (Ray) informed me the vehical was still for sale. I informed him that I would go through my bank for fianacing and he indicated that would not be a problem. However, he insisted that a deposit would be needed to secure the hold on the vehical until the dealership recieved the balanced and i complied. I then began all paperwork needed to complete the transaction and informed my sales person everyday on the progress of payment for the vehical. Five days later I informed (Ray) that the bank had approved the loan and sent off the check for car. The very next day I called the dealership to discuss pick up (Ray) informed me I would not be able to pick up the vehical until the check cleared due to fraudglent checks that could occur. I understood his point. However, he could have verified the funds with the bank to speed up the process. Instead, I waited patiently for the next day to verify if the dealership recieved the payment. The next day at 12:35pm I recieved a frantic phone call from (Ray) indicating he was having an issue with the wholesale of the car and needed to contact the owner to resolve the issue, and for me to call back as soon as I get his message. I returned (Ray) call at the following times 1:45pm, 5:27pm, 6:38pm, 6:40pm, and 7:01 pm and was told each time he was busy with a client and test driving a vehical. On my last call i spoke to the operator of the dealership named Dayna and she informed me there was nothing she could do and would connect me with a sales person who may assist me. I was then transferred to Rome who listened to my issue. I informed him of my frustrations and he then replied "I'm becoming annoyed" and raised his voice in an aggressive manner. He then transffered me to (Ray) and the only thing I got was an answering machine, (Ray) never returned my call. The most shocking information was still to come. (Ray) sold the vehical I had on hold to another buyer that same day which explained why he could not return the phone calls (No Morals). Now I have to return the check for the vehical back to my bank and begin the process all over. I never in my life been associated with any buisness so unprofessional. This Dealership sales more dishonesty than quality vehicals and should never be allowed to do buisness in this fashion. Everyone at some point in their life will expierence poor service in some shape or fashion however, this particular dealership will give you bad service without remorce or regard for your buisness that means selling you junk is not a problem for them. Good luck if you attempt to buy a vehical from here. I strongly encourage you DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME JUST FOR WHAT SEEMS TO BE A GOOD DEAL. You just can't trust them!!!!!

My wife and I have been looking online for a good price on the car we want - a used Audi A4 sedan. Deluxe Auto Sales advertise reasonably priced deals on many of these cars on sites such as autos.yahoo.com etc and after seeing the same cars on various sites, We went to Auto Deluxe website and printed out the information for the cars we were interested in.
The owner/boss (as the sales man and his two assistants call him - I think those two assistants looked like cleaners or helpers in the auto shop who also got involved in the sales process at the end).
I was looking for a used car and my budget was max $15000/- and I did mention that to the sales guy. He showed us some of the cars available and none of them were close to the range I was looking for. The car that was advertised over the internet was close to the price I was looking for but the sales man told me that it got sold out.
Finally, My wife and I did find a 2006 Audi A4 Quattro Turbo and liked it. I asked the sales man for the price and started to negotiate. The best price he could offer was 16,750/-, since this was above our budget, we did not go for it. When we were about to leave, my wife saw a Lexus and wanted me to check on the price with the sale man. I walked up to the building where the sales man was standing inside the door with two of his assistants (cleaners who work there). I asked the sales man on the price of the Lexus and he said it was $25000/- and again gave me the final offer on the Audi as $16,500/- and I told him that I cannot pay more than $15000/- since that was my budget and immediately one of assitants (cleaners) got into the sales mode and told me that he could give it to me for $16,000 (saying that he is cheap - ofcourse I can see he is cheap) and the next cleaner said he could give it for $15,500 and then the first cleaner said, he could give it for $15,000 but he needs to ask his boss about it. The sales man was listening to all this non-sense going on and did not say anything. This is the most unprofessional dealership experience I ever had where these crooks did not respect their job and were trying somehow make the customer feel bad and make fun of their boss.
