I purchased a Dodge Durango from Instant Equity Auto and was very please with my experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They are fare and honest. Ed was wonderful to work with.
The life time warranty that they brag so much about is not that great at all. And before you decide to go with them, make sure you ask very specific questions and get your car checked! My car had damage I didnt know about until after I bought it. They provided me with a car facts report but some of the issues with the car were not stated. I also was miss-led about the life time warranty and I can go to cheaper places to get my car taken care of than their mechanic shop. The dealers there are very friendly and seem very down to earth but they sure know what it means to be your typical car salesman. Prices may be good, but be careful of what you buy and make sure you are completely clear on their terms or else you end up like me: frustrated and upset.

This review could not be further from the truth. The lifetime warranty we brag so much about is everything we advertise it to be. The warranty has a $0 deductible for covered repairs and we provide it FREE of charge. Rare is the case of an issue after the sale, but we strive to take care of our customers before and after the they purchase. At this time, we know of no issues from any customer who has purchased a vehicle from us that has not been resolved. Given the fact that "carbuyer21" did not verify the review, I believe this review was written by a competitor who is afraid of our business. If in fact it was written by an actual customer, we look forward to helping you resolve any issues you may have if you simply contact us.We invite all our customers to get the vehicle they are considering checked before they buy. We also gladly provide vehicle history reports and a detailed list of any and all repairs we performed on the vehicle prior to sale. We know that we sell machines, and machines are not perfect nor do they last forever. We do our best to get them in top condition before they are sold. Regarding our mechanical shop, our hourly shop rate is $65 per hour. Most shop rates are $80 to $99 per hour. This individual may find a cheaper place to fix their vehicle. But we feel we have offered a great deal to our customers. Furthermore, our customers are not forced to use our shop. They can use any ASE certified mechanic for the service required by the warranty.Again, if this is an actual customer, we encourage you to contact us to resolve the issues at hand.

I have used the lifetime warranty and it is everything Instant Equity Auto claims it to be. This individual who posted the initial review may be way off base. I had a great experience while purchasing a car and the warranty took care of me on an issue that was unforeseen.
