I suffered the ever so common bait and switch. The deal at the time of sale was not the deal a few days later. When I declined the "new deal", they took the car back from me -- quite involuntarily. Sure, I eventually got my money back, but that's no consolation for having to explain to all of my friends "what happened to the 'Mercedes'"

I'm still contemplating an FTC complaint. Apparently they have a history of after-sales complaints, but none of it appears recent. I sorta want to let it go. But every time I pass by the area, I'm reminded of those cheats.
