Received an internet price agreement on 7/28/2009 for a 2010 Camry LE from the Internet Sales Manager Ryan Buhr. My parents went to the dealership the next day to purchase the vehicle at the agreed upon price and were told by the sales manager that the price agreement was no longer valid and the price would be $2,000 higher.

My parents called me to ask for help and I spoke to both the salesman and the sales manager. I was told that this was this new price and take it or leave it. The sales manager said they were his cars and he could sell them for whatever they wanted. I argued that his Internet manager has committed to a lower price and he said - tough luck.

My parents are now the proud owners of a 2010 Honda Accord.
