Purchased the Acadia new. At first considered myself lucky thinking that the dealer was close to my house. They also used to give loaners while your car was being repaired. This program no longer exist which is not bad, the loaners were always dirty and needed work.
Purchased the Acadia from this dealer and have had bad luck ever since. Took the car back for repairs several times only to let them know they caused more damage to the plastic interior. However they did order new parts and did replace them but having to go without the car was an inconvenience because of their mistakes.
Thought it was time to trade vehicle in for new one. I got a better trade in value from Toyota. All I can say is there is no loyalty to their customers. Wouldn't suggest them to an enemy. Goodluck

Just to follow up. Took car back to dealer for recall work (sun roof leaking) again had to replace all the molding on pillar due to carelessness of mechanics. Took car home and found rear panels in car cracked due to them prying the panels away to remove the pillar molding. What a waste of time and money. Now that Pontiac is gone all they have is GMC trucks to sell. The service manager seems to have a clue but that is where it ends. My guess is they won't be around much longer. While waiting for them to repair their mistakes sat with a few other customers that had similar stories about their service department. When they are no longer in business they'll try and figure out what happened. Sammy can start cleaning cars again.

My "Service Engine Soon" light came on and I immediately pulled into theis dealer. They took my info, pulled the vehicle into the shop, made the repairs and had me on my way in less than 45 minutes. They were professional, polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend the dealership to everyone in the area. The best I have ever been treated by a repair shop.

:x We are still waiting two minths after the sale for our title and registration paperwork to clear. This dealership sold us a car that they knew in advance had title problems. They did not disclose this information to us prior to the sale.
:x The lies that we encountered at this dealership were way beyond our wildest imagination!
:x If you go there, don't fall for the "salesman made a mistake when he said there was a warranty on the car, so to make up for it we will sell you this warranty at our price" scam.
:x We were told that this car was inspected from bumper to bumper, yet the car had no brakelights, the rear brakes and rotors were worn out COMLETELY.
:x I tried to speak with the owner of the dealership and he was rude and abusive, he refused to address any of these problems.

There is also a problem with inaccurate mileage being recorded on this car.

:x I have yet to find any recourse for the blatant misconduct of this dealership. You can report them to the FTC, BBB, and Attorney General, but short of hiring a lawyer, there is nothing I can do to make them fix address these issues. :x :x :x
