I purchased a car from Palmetto Sport Cars which is owned by Carlos Rios on July 28, 2009 from the Miiami lot . I paid cash. Today is August 20th and I was just told that the car is still in the lot. When I purchased, it was with the understanding that the vehicle would ship the following week. I have heard excuse after excuse. Do you call this a legitimate business???
