Although my experience is not recent- Crow was at the 11th street location.. Better late than never.. Be oh so careful dealing with this shop. I needed a motor and the office manager at the time would not do it. They had my car for weeks while I paid for a rental and carpooled. They insisted on a new motor- my warranty company would not cover it. As a matter of fact, the warranty company refused to deal with them after trying to negotiate a repair. Moral of the story, I was young, single, no family here in town. And these guys saw me coming a mile away.. What they didn't know was my family was in the garage buisiness for 50 years. I, myself, worked there. I let em feed me all kinds of stories.. in the end we towed the car elsewhere and had a rebuilt motor put in. Last I heard that office manager was working at Good Wrench- a shop with a good reputation- guess he cleaned up his act, hope so anyways.. P S Have been a faithful customer of Nelson Toyota- This is a good honest alternative!!
