    My Volkswagen of Valencia review

    I went in to find out how much a part was and how much it would be to install and I was very disapointed. I walked in and had to walk around for about 5 minutes looking very confused when I finally had to ask someone where to go. I was taken to the wrong department 2 times and I was treated very disrespectfully. I felt as though they thought I was stupid and incapable of understanding what they were saying to me. My problem was not fixed and I left with a broken car.
