The BBB gives them an F rating for a reason. They gave me my car back incomplete, filthy inside and out, with 40 miles put on it, and nearly an empty tank of gas - it came in over half full. Also, the onboard computer read an avg mpg of 8.4 - so they drove it very hard. When I asked the service manager, Tim Endo, what he had to say about this he denied all claims. He said his techs are trustworthy and honest and refused to believe they had mistreated my vehicle in any way despite my evidence. Totally unprofessional service from a Cadillac dealer. No wonder GMAC is in such dire financial trouble, their dealers are morons, and when the service center is this bad it makes one weary of buying a car from them. Too bad, because they've lost my business and respect. Also, I tell everybody with a GM brand vehicle not to take it to Martin because Tim Endo and his staff of cronies are completely unprofessional in every way.
