Avoid! The sales rep was very rude and not a professional. I contacted the general manager to report his behavior but did not get a response. This dealership claims to be number one in customer service, which is far from the truth. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. AVOID

This customer contacted us via internet for a Versa. Although he kept making ridiculous offers, I politely tried to educate him so he could understand what the car he is interested in sells for. I pointed him (very politely) towards Cars.com, Kbb.com autos.yahoo.com, nissanusa.com just to get him to understand the market on his vehicle of choice. He just didn't seem to get it so I let him go. I'm not sure what he is mad about...
