Price of car in St.Pete Times on internet & on car was for $10857.On contract they had $12985.We traded a2003Malibu that we bought from them on7-15-10 because it has a Anti Theft system on that shuts off the fuel tank.My 16 year old was driving it when it stopped in the middle oy Hillsburro rd. at 700 AM.He could of been killed,So the salesman Charlie said to have it towed back so it could be fixed for 300.THen he said the car wasn't safe, trade the car on this 2008 Versa. We were at the dealers for over 4 hrs when they pushed paperwork on us.When looked at paperwork later noticed the price difference.took car back Monday asked why the difference they said because we traded a car.I said I still didn't understand the used car manager said come back WED.and talk to Rick and get car detailed and get air presser light fixed.Went back wed Rick didn't know anything so another saleman said price was dfferent because it was a certified car. Then he got a call ,when done he said it was because we traded a car in that wasn't running they added on $2000.00 Also told they don't detail used cars. Now I'm stuck with 2 car loans.I paid $6981 for the Malibu.
Thank You

This dealership claims to be and is considered a "Preferred" dealership for the car buying service offered by USAA. What a joke! I used the online car buying service, i.e. built my car applied for the finance and insurance. All I had to do was wait for the dealer to set an appointment to come in pick up my car and drive away.
The dealer wrote me an email and stated "we have your car, when can you come in?". I made the appointment, and was told I should check in with the receptionist and tell her I was here for a VIP internet purchase with Charlie.
When I arrived. Charlie the salesman only knew he had a three o'clock appointment for someone that wanted a Murano. No idea that we had chosen a specific model and were expecting to sign and drive.
He immediately tried to upsell us a vehicle we didn't want! he had no idea what models and features he had on the lot.
Dealerships and Salesman need to realize we are not idiots just waiting for them to take our money. The days of Clark Griswold being sold the family truckster when he wanted the Metallic P ARE OVER!
Don't fall into the Ferman Nissan olds ways of stealing your money, I won't.
