The Main Point is - if you've been cheated, nobody can fix your case even Nissan consumer protection, because nobody cares. I made a complaint to North America Nissan consumer protection. It takes several days they make a case and then someone from regional personal will call to you and say that nothing they can fix. It is all about the Big FAKE! Just be very careful by youself. No consumer protection just only miserable fake!
I would not recommend this dealership and especially be careful when you fill out and signed forms. I waste money and time going from Maryland to Virginia several times.
Instead of AWD SUV I've got FWD by AWD price, salesman Paul assured about AWD may be therefore I did not care.
Their manager Janet and finance person Rhashid sold FWD by AWD price and did not want explain and moreover made a mistake in a buyer's order therefore I went twice from my bank in Maryland. When I tried to change a car or give them car back they refused motivating that I can't return car back even on the next day because of State Virginia law. What kind of law is it?
So extra thousand - good lesson! I will never make purchase in this dealership and strongly reccommend do not have deals with them!
