I originally went to the dealership to have my transmission fixed 1 year ago. I had to take it to the dealership 7 times before they fixed it! At the time they also installed an aftermarket clutch/flywheel for me after confirming it would not damage my warranty. 8k miles later I started having the same problems with the transmission. I took it in again. They refused to fix it.....just like the previous 6 times on the last transmission. I started asking around to see if there was any other way to get my transmission fixed under warranty. The service manager heard me talking to someone else, came over started yelling and swearing at me. I left to avoid further incident. Ken Garff dealership has done nothing to make this right and refuses to help me in any other way. I will never buy from them again, and I will never purchase another Nissan again.

Josh was great! He was very efficient with my time and my personal needs. He seemed to really care about what I wanted, not what would make him the most money or make his job be the easiest. The manager also came and worked with me personally. Made me feel really comfortable with the whole process. I'm loving the car that they sold me and I just wanted to let others know that this is a great dealership to do business with. From what I understand, Josh Marshall no longer works there, but he was by far the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. They told me that he works at the Ken Garff used store in West Valley. I would absolutely recommend doing business with him if you have the chance. You won't be dissapointed.
