My actual salesperson who initially greeted me, Andrew Dent, was great. The manager, Lou, who didn't bother giving me his last name, was the worst. He was pushy, condescending and took off at one point to eat his lunch while in the middle of making our deal. The prices of the car, my trade-in and interest rates fluctuated as I questioned his quotes. I felt the hostility rise as I continued to request a better deal. By the end, I said no; at this point, Lou suggested my brother, from whom I asked advice, didn't know the business well enough and was angry that I didn't "make my own decision." In other words, he thought I would be an easy target for his cheating me out of money since I came in as a young, single woman. He continued by saying, "Don't hang by your phone because we won't be calling." He even had to acknowledge this "was a smartass comment" (his words exactly), and I agreed. I think Andrew wanted to crawl under the table.
I will NEVER buy a Nissan. I will also continue to tell EVERYONE who was so excited for me to purchase a new car to NEVER even CONSIDER Nissan in the future.
