MY EXPERIENCE WITH BAY RIDGE NISSAN WAS AMAZING! I WANT TO GO IN AND BUY ANOTHER CAR ALREADY! MY SALESPERSON WAS GREAT! HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME TO BUY ANYTHING HE REALLY HELPED ME OUT! I DID NOT WANT TO SPEND ALOT OF MONEY. I ACTUALLY BOUGHT THE CAR FOR LESS THEN I WAS EXPECTING! THEY HAVE MANY CARS TO CHOOSE FROM DIFFERENT MODELS AND COLORS SO EVERYONE WILL DEFINETELY FIND ONE THEY LOVE! I LOVE MY MAXIMA !AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE STORE THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP AND THEY GOT ME A SALESPERSON RIGHT AWAY THEY LITERALLY WALKED AROUND AND FOUND ME ONE! SO FROM THE SECOND I WALKED IN TO THE SECOND I LEFT NOTHING BUT NICE PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE! AFTER MEETING WITH MY SALESPERSON I THEN MET WITH DWAYNE THE FINANCE MANAGER WHO WAS AMAZING! THEY DID NOT ADD ON ANY HIDDEN FEES MY CONTRACT WAS LEGIT AND TO THE POINT ! I REFER BAY RIDGE NISSAN TO EVERYONE INTERESTED IN BUYING A CAR!!!

I made a mistake not reading the contract before signing- DEALERSHIP ATTORNEY red it to me and I thought that's enough-no way. They just stole my money.
Instead 39 month lease I got 42. I was told I paid security deposit- not a word in the contract. ATTORNEY (!!!) talked me into GAP insurance and again not a word about it in contract!!!!
They are just bunch of scoundrels.
If you still want to go to this dealership- BE VERY CAREFUL, CHECK PERSONALLY EVERY LETTER IN THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING.

I recommend everybody DO NOT DEAL WITH BAY RIDGE NISSAN!!!!!!!!!!
They telling you one price and after they charged your credit card and informed Insurance company with a new car VIN #, the Price extremely rising. Appears a new not understandable taxes, twice charging for Destination fee. I did not want already to take the car, but I was told that I do not have a choice. The car already under my name in the Bank. Finally, I'm paying for Simple style car the same price as for Lux style in normal Dealer Shop.

RESOLVED REVIEW: Emailed Angela about a car on the internet ,Bayridge nissan web site she was very informative and answered all my questions adequately.when I got to the dealership I was introduced to salesman John Paul he proceeded to show me the car I saw online (06 armada) the price was as said on the internet and I drove away with the armada the same day.WOW never thought buying a car from a dealer could be this easy and pleasurable. I highly recomend BayRidge nissan for all your car needs.

Don't ever trust any salesman from this dealership...they are all legitimate scam artists with only one objective to take as much as your money as they can. And not leave untill you buy something!!!
Initially I had no reason to feel I was being scammed I sat down after browsing all the cars and wanted to make a deal. We agreed upon a price drew up papers signed and was content with the deal i received via a mutual friend. Returned the next day to seal the deal and I think they slapped me with extra dealer fees that they apparently did not want to negotiate. I felt I was taken for and stormed out demanded my purchased vehicle be put outside and ready for me by the time I returned with the rest of the money. They are all crooks!!!!!
Leased a 2009 Altima that supposedly gets 22/31 MPG. Have car 3 months and gets 11MPG. Dealership refuses to do anything. Salesman said have to drive car 1000 miles before accurate MPG. Manager says have to drive it 2000 miles. Nissan Corp says have to drive it 8000 miles.
What a load of BS!
This dealer will give you any price you want on a car and they tack on thousands in bogus fees at the last minute. I was completely upfront with them on what I was willing to spend and that I wouldn't pay any fees and it went in one ear and right out the other. They wasted 3 days of my time incredibly unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.

Prior to purchase, you will be treated like the most important person in the world. Afterwards, FORGET ABOUT IT. I called to speak to the finance dept. a minimum of 10 times before I got a callback. I was even HUNG UP ON by the manager, Paul, when I called to report my poor treatment by finance. To add insult to injury, I was never notified when my permanent license plates and registration arrived. So my temporary tag expired and I was left to wonder what was going on. Again, I had to run around trying to get my salesman to call me back with information as to how to proceed. My plates had been sitting at Bay Ridge Nissan for over a week and noone bothered to call me. This meant loading up 2 kids w/ carseats into a cab twice a day for 4 days ($20 a day) because I did not dare drive around w/ an expired "plate". The worst experience ever, I will NEVER purchase from this dealership again. I was not treated with respect, kindness or courtesy once I signed on the dotted line.
Service dept, when u brought ur car in for warranty repair, they would try to come out something that's not under the warranty and had u to pay big price for it, their service consultant would show "dead men's " face if u denied any of additional repair which they want u to do............
Bottom line, they would squeeze every penny out of ur pocket if u go there for either sale or services. Watch out and good luck!
I had the worst experience in my life with those guys. They refused to do the recall job, and also charged me $114 for an inspection and under warranty items that they refused to fix. How did it work? Here is the story:
I own a 2007 Nissian Armada. I got a postcard from Bay Ridge Nissan stating that there is a recall. When I called the service department to inquire about it they stated that there was a fan over the radiator that would short out and cause a fire in the front end of my car. By the way, as I later found out - there wasn't any recall, wasn't even posted on Nissan-USA website. This is how they rip people off, by offering services you don't need. In my case to do a "recall" they told me, that they are going to charge me $600 to have my push bar removed - this is exactly $100 per bolt!!! Sweet deal, right. Then they told me that the warranty doesn't cover such items as liftgate and driverside door, due to improper use. No idea what they meant by that, there is no special instructions in the manual how to use these parts (improper use is impossible when it is powered by one button to open and to close). For them telling me all that nonsense that they charged me $105 plus tax for an inspection fee. Dispite the buying experience (which was terrible and took weeks), they weren't pleasant, they are very deceitful softly saying, and not to mention their service is the worst.
In conclusion: DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH BAY RIDGE NISSAN IN ANY WAY, FOR BUYING OR SERVICE TO YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't ever go to this dealer if you are looking for any car. The reps there are all thieves and scammers. One set of numbers presented to you during a talk about the car will be completely different when the paperwork comes. Many "hidden fees" will be charged during the closing of an agreement, so you must make sure you read the contract fully before you sign. If you don't, you will definitely be scammed and will be paying alot more than what they told you.
