I walked in with my mother and daughter on a saturday afternoon. We were not greeted by anyone, started looking around, still no one, and finally after about 30 mintutes of us walking around went inside(again) and had to ask for someone. They took their time helping us, no sense of urgency, and finally decided on a 2008 PT Cruiser. Showed us the carfax, and it said this car was a rental. we decided against it for that reason but we were "guarunteed" that it wasnt a real rental, just that a company was leasing it as a company car. We reluctantly agreed to it, and waited about 3 hours to talk to financing. Over all we were there 6 hours. We finally leave, and on the way home, about 15 miles away on the buckman, the car starts shaking incredibaly bad. turns out the tires werent really tight, because the service man who did the inspection took a break right before he looked at them and "forgot where he left off", so he skipped it. took it back the next day and got an 08 avenger. The windsheild wiper fluid squirters dont work, but other than that happy with the car. its been 3 months since i bought the car and i STILL dont have my tag. went today to see if it was in. it was, and no one ever felt the need to call and let me know it was in. im on my second temporary tag now, and their trying to make me pay $358 for my new tag, when we already included tax, tag and title in the contract. Overall a horrible experience. I wish i had read some of these before i went. i will NEVER. NEVER. do business with them again. It has been truly awful.

I took my Murano for servicing. They sold me Kumoh tire.From the time I received my car with new tires, it heavily drifted to right.
When I went back to show this defect after new tire purchase, they misled me by saying it happens to murano.
After six months, I took car to Firestone and she indicated that I have bad tire who may be sitting under pile of tires and hence the drift. He balanced the tires and performed wheel alingment. Still the drift existed.
Coogin Nissan was first wrong to sell me a bad tire. second, they lied about the drift.
Now I have moved out of state and have no recourse.
Don't buy new or used car from this dealer. They cheated me by selling the used car which was involved in an accident just 3 days ago. They gave me Auto check report. Since accident occurred under dealer's ownership of the car and it was not old accident so didn't appear on the Auto check report. They repaired the car and hide the accident and then sold it to me. Very Very bad experience after buying the car from this dealer. I will never buy any car in future not even in my lifetime.
please don't take your business to any of the coggin dealers they are rude liars they woulg flip a deal around just to make that commission.so please be carful with these dealer from any coggin store.AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
