    Shawn was the first salesperson to ever take me out and show me the ins and outs of the car. He opened the door and told me about it and pointed out the items around. He showed me the inside and how to operate everything. I was quite impressed. I would recommend him highly.

    Great standards!

    Always willing to listen and follow through. Offer of overnight rental free due to recall in addition to servicing. This was very helpful. Always comfortable and inviting. I understand the new building will be ready the next time I visit. That will be even better. Everything always done up properly and according great standards.

    This team did a great job and went out of their way to be helpful. They jumped in and got a couple of situations resolved post hast and with great attitudes and we have the car we were hoping to have at a great price and with great service. I could not ask for a better experience for buying a new car!! Congratulations to Spitzer Mitsubishi Parma! Oh yes, I almost forgot they also spent more than an hour teaching me the use of the navigation system. Thank you all very much.

    The service is always great, the individuals who work on the cars and in the service department are friendly, able to answer any questions that I may have and dedicated to making sure that any problems I have with my car are fixed in a properly and timely manner.     I had my service mechanic tell me the previous time that I had my oil changed that my real brakes would probably need changing on my next oil change visit. I appreciated that because when I did come in to have the work done, I was prepared financially to
    have the work done. Every time they service my car, he goes over it and lets me know what shape it’s in.
