WALKED in on tuesday hoping that i can get a simple computer diagnosis, bu the the greeter just assumed that they are busy without checking....so i went ahead made an appointment on thursday @9:30. dropped my suv early morning and didnt hear anything back till 12:30 saying THAT THEY ARE BUSY AND MY CARD GOT BEHIND FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG??????????
SO FRUSTRATED i have no idea why do we need an appointment if you cant honor the time....
