I asked this dealership to give me a price for fixing my AC. They put my car on the lift and punctured the gas tank. They then claimed that the GIANT whole in my gas tank was pre-existing (although don't you think I would have noticed the CONSTANT gasoline leaking everywhere). Basically they wouldn't budge on the fact that this was damage they caused. I took the car elsewhere to have a new gas tank put in. In the end, it cost me over $1000 for the repair. Besides ruining my gas tank, this dealership also told me it would cost another $1000 to fix my AC. Because I had to buy a new gas tank, I could not afford to also fix the AC. So, I have waited 2 years (and 2 HOT summers in Charleston) waiting to fix the AC. I took it last week to a reputable and fair repair shop (Richard's in West Ashley), and Richard fixed the AC for $50! I will NEVER return to this dealership for any reason. I will travel to Columbia if I ever need a Lexus dealership again. BEWARE of the extreme rip off!
