My Performance Nissan-Kia reviewIf you wish to spend your entire day being enticed with false hopes and half truths, please hurry to Performance Nissan-Kia of Everett!!!! After several hours of negotiating, I was told I had been approved for a loan at 5.9% interest on an ’08 Titan. So after settling on a trade-in amount for my current vehicle and not needing a penny down to complete the deal, I was escorted to the prestigious finance office. In there, once again, I was assured that the deal was done and all that was left to do was sign the papers and drive off the lot. And so I did…only to be notified 4 days later that the now hypothetical deal I was pitched is invalid and I would need to either put $10,000 down, find a co-signer, or return the vehicle ASAP. After a phone call during which I grilled a finance manager with detailed questions on how this had happened; the best answer I received was, “I’m not sure what to tell you sir.” So in conclusion I am now yet another dissatisfied customer added to the list for Performance Nissan. Once again, if you wish for half truths and false hopes step on up.

My Performance Nissan-Kia reviewI expressed an interest in purchasing a new 2008 Kia Optima. Total rebates initally offered were $9,500 ($1,000 Kia owner loyalty, $4,500 CARS, and $4,000 from Kia for a 2008 Optima). Mr. Brown (internet sales manager) later claimed the $4,000 cash back from Kia did not apply since the ‘dealer owned the car’ (I pointed out the dealer owned ALL the cars on the lot). Then Mr. Brown had the brass to try to negotiate the selling price off of the ‘second sticker’. I phoned the owner (not the sales manager) the next day who refused to make good on the initial offer, parroting the same malarky given me the day before. When I told him I would be complaining to the Kia corporation and the BBB, the owner claimed I was making threats. DO NOT BUY HERE!
